Why should I choose group training over personal training?

The biggest and best thing about group training is that you’re surrounded by other people sharing a similar fitness journey with you. You get encouragement, hold accountability, and form friendships in every class.

It’s also an affordable version of personal training. The workouts are fairly broad, you always work with a professional coach, and you still get professional training for less than personal training would cost.

What makes 3Strong different?
We take the training seriously, but not ourselves. Every 3Strong trainer and member is down-to-earth. We strive to keep our space judgment-free. We’re all about being active, fit, and humble—we don’t like the “bro” attitude—and we try to emphasize having fun while getting in serious shape.

We’re not drill sergeants out to kick your butt, but we will kick your butt—within your limits! The atmosphere is better than other gyms. We essentially welcome the average person willing to constantly push themselves in a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere.
