Before we begin, you’ll go through a full physical assessment. We’ll measure your abilities and physical capability and construct a physical fitness plan with these measurements in line. We’ll strike that sweet spot where you’re still doing what you’re physically capable of, but you’re still pushing yourself for maximum results.
